摘  要:目的研究在晕船适应前、后大鼠部分组织中血红素加氧酶-3(HO-3)mRNA的表达变化。方法将经过筛选的30只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、晕船组、晕船适应组,各组动物接受每天1h的模拟晕船刺激后,分不同时间处死;用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应对大鼠晕船适应前、后脑干、下丘脑、肾上腺等组织中HO-3 mRNA表达变化进行分析。结果晕船发生及适应过程中脑干、下丘脑组织中HO-3 mRNA表达水平不断升高,其中晕船组及晕船适应组大鼠脑干组织中HO-3 mRNA表达水平分别较对照组上升了116%(P<0.01)和298%(P<0.01),而在下丘脑组织中两组分别比对照组上升了98%(P<0.01)和199%(P<0.01),肾上腺组织中的表达水平不受晕船状态的影响。结论HO-3 mRNA的表达上调在大鼠晕船的适应过程中可能具有一定作用。Objective To study the changes of heme oxygenase-3 (HO-3) mRNA expression during seasickness adaptation in rats. Methods Thirty pre-screened male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, seasickness group and seasickness adaptation group. Except the normal control group, the rats were stimulated with a stimulator 1 hour/day. The rats of seasickness group and seasickness adaptation group were killed immediately at the third and the 21 st day after the excitation, respectively. HO-3 mRNA expression level in brain stem, hypothalamus and adrenal gland before and after adaptability formation were analyzed with semiquantitative RT-PCR. Results HO-3 mRNA expression in brain stem and hypothalamus of seasickness and seasickness adaptation groups were much higher than those of the control( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion HO-3 might play a role during seasickness adaptability formation in rats.
