摘  要:通过1,10-二氧-4,7,13,16-四氮杂18-冠-6(1)与2-羟基-5-硝基苄基溴反应合成了一个四硝基酚取代的氮杂18-冠-6衍生物(2).采用UV-Vis光谱法研究了混合溶剂中冠醚2对H+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+和Pb2+的光谱响应及配位性能.结果表明,随溶液pH值的增大,冠醚2的最大吸收峰由319nm逐渐红移到426nm,并伴随着强度的增大;其与几种阳离子形成配合物的稳定常数随阳离子半径的增加而增大,从而展示了对Ba2+和Pb2+高的配位能力.A tetraaza-18-crown-6 derivative (2) was synthesized by reaction of 1,10-dioxa-4,7,13,16- tetraaza-18-crown-6 (1) with 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzyl bromide. Its complexation properties with H^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Sr^2+, Ba^2+and Pb^2+ were studied by the UV-vis method in HEO-DMSO mixed solvent. The results obtained indicate that a remarkable bathochromic shift of the absorption maximum of compound 2 occurs from 319 to 426 nm upon the increase of pH, and the corresponding absorption intensity also increases. Furthermore, the binding constants for complexation of 2 with these cations increase with increasing ionic radii, and the highest binding abilities were observed for Ba^2+ and Pb^2+.
