摘 要:为了满足胀圈密封试验研究的需要,专门设计并搭建了胀圈旋转密封试验装置。采用热电偶测量端面温度,采用高速集流环实现测试信号的实时传送,可实现胀圈密封端面温度的连续动态测量。对密封压力和摩擦线速度变化工况下胀圈密封的端面温度进行了测试,实验结果证明了测试方法和试验装置的有效性,为胀圈旋转密封的深入研究提供了先进的试验手段。A test bed was designed and constructed specially. Face temperature of the rotary seal was accurately measured by thermalcouple. The high speed slip ring was adopted to send measuring data from the thermalcouple sensor mounted in rotational position'to the fixed receiver synchronously in work condition. Face temperature was measured experimentally in accordance with the variation of sealed pressure and relative sliding speed of interface. Test results show that the method and the test bed are feasible and can dynamically measure face temperature. It provides advanced experimental means for further research on the rotary seal using sealing ring.
