摘  要:以二甲苯为萃取剂,对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)冻胶纤维中的溶剂进行萃取,研究了不同萃取条件下UHMWPE冻胶纤维的结构与性能。结果表明,UHMWPE冻胶纤维的最佳萃取条件为萃取时间5 min,萃取温度50℃。随着萃取温度的升高,UHMWPE冻胶纤维的强度和模量增大,萃取温度50℃时,其结晶度最大。经萃取干燥的UHMWPE冻胶纤维截面具有微孔的网状结构。The extraction of solvents in ultrahigh molecular weight mass polyethylene (UHMWPE) gel fiber was conducted using dimethyle benzene as the extractant. The structure and properties of UHMWPE gel fibers were studied under different extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were decided as extraction time 5 min and temperature 50℃. The strength and modulus of UHMWPE gel fiber were increased with elevating the extraction temperature. And the crystallinity was maximized at extraction temperature of 50℃. The cross section of UHMWPE gel fiber exhibited a microcellular network structure after extraction and drying.
