摘 要:采用对苯二胺、对苯二甲酰氯以及第三单体3,4′-二氨基二苯醚(3,4′-ODA)在极性有机溶剂体系中进行低温缩聚,得到了聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)共聚体溶液。研究了PPTA共聚体溶液的流变性能。结果表明:3,4′-ODA改性PPTA的共聚体溶液是典型的切力变稀流体;随着聚合温度的升高,溶液的表观粘度下降,非牛顿指数增大;随着溶液浓度的升高,溶液的表观粘度升高,非牛顿指数下降;随着剪切速率的提高,溶液的粘流活化能下降。A copolymer solution of poly-p-phenylene diamine terephthalamide (PPTA) was prepared by low-temperature polycondensation from p-phenylenediamine, terephthalyl chloride and 3,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (3,4'-ODA) in presence of polar organic solvent system. The rheological behavior of the PPTA copolymer solution was studied. The results showed that the copolymer solution of PPTA modified with 3,4'-ODA was a typical shear thinning fluid, The apparent viscosity of the solution was decreased and the non-Newtonian index was increased while elevating the polymerization temperature. The apparent viscosity was increased and the non-Newtonian index was decreased while raising the solution concentration. The viscous activation energy was decreased while increasing the shearing rate.
