摘  要:分析了共聚物单体的配比、定型条件、第二热拉伸等对高收缩腈纶沸水收缩率的影响。提出了相应控制措施:适当提高第二单体醋酸乙烯酯的含量,采用加压饱和蒸汽、定型压力设定为0.20~0.24 MPa,控制第二拉伸温度为95%,稳定第二拉伸倍数,可稳定高收缩腈纶的沸水收缩率为23%。The influential factors on the boiling water shrinkage of high-shrinkage acrylic fiber were analyzed, including the monomer formula of eopolymer, setting conditions and the second heat stretching. The corresponding measures to control the boiling water shrinkage of acrylic fiber were proposed as followed : appropriately increasing the content of vinyl acetate as the second monomer, applying the pressure saturated steam as the setting medium, controlling the setting pressure in the range of 0. 20 - 0.24MPa and the second stretching temperature of 95℃ and stabilizing the second stretch ratio. The boiling water shrinkage of a- crylic-fiber was controlled at 23%.
