2种用药方案治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效及成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察2种用药方案治疗十二指肠溃疡(DU)的临床疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。方法:80例DU患者随机分为A组(奥美拉唑+胶体果胶铋+阿莫西林)与B组(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),各40例,疗程结束后复查胃镜,观察溃疡愈合率、临床症状缓解情况及成本-效果比。结果:A、B组镜下溃疡愈合率分别为100·00%、87·50%(P<0·05),药物总成本分别为182·74、314·08元,成本-效果比分别为182·74、358·95;与A组比较,B组增量成本-效果比为—1050·72。结论:A组用药方案治疗DU效果好,成本低,值得推广。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole plus colloidal bismuth pectin and amoxicillin in the treatment of duodenal ulcer（DU） and on which a cost - effectiveness analysis was performed.METHODS：80 patients with DU were randomly assigned to receive omeprazole ＋ colloidal bismuth pectin ＋ amoxicillin（Group A, n = 40） or omeprazole ＋ clar-ithromycin ＋ amoxicillin（Group B, n = 40） .After the completion of treatment, gastroscopic examination was performed to observe the cure rate of DU and the improvement of clinical symptoms.The cost - effectiveness ratios were compared.RESULTS： In the two groups（A vs. B）, the cure rates under gastroscope were 100.00% vs.87.50% （P〈0.05）, the total drug costs were 182.74 yuan vs. 314.08 yuan, the cost- effectiveness ratios were 182.74 vs. 358.95, respectively.As compared with Group A, the incremental cost- effectiveness ratio of Group B was -1 050.72. CONCLUSION： The therapy of omeprazole ＋ colloidal bismuth pectin ＋ amoxicillin was proved to be effective in the treatment of DU yet at a low cost, which thus deserves to be popularized in the clinic.
