摘 要:目的:考察注射用加替沙星与注射用多索茶碱分别在0·9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温((20±1)℃)条件下,分别观察及测定8h内配伍液的外观、pH值及紫外吸收光谱的变化,并用紫外双波长分光光度法测定加替沙星与多索茶碱的含量。结果:2药配伍后8h内,除在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后,6h时多索茶碱的含量降低外,其外观、pH值、含量和紫外吸收峰形均无明显变化。结论:注射用加替沙星与注射用多索茶碱可在0·9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍使用,但在5%葡萄糖注射液中宜4h内滴注完毕。OBJETIVE: To study the compatibility of gatifloxacin for injection with doxofylline for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection. METHODS: Within 8 hours at room temperature (20± 1)℃, the change of the mixture in appearance, pH value and UV absorption spectra were respectively observed, and the contents of gatifloxcation and doxofylline were determined by dual ultraviolet spectrophotometry. RESULTS: No significant change was noted in appearance, pH value and content and UV absorption spectra within 8 hours after mixing except the content of doxofylline in 5% glucose injection was reduced at 6h. CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with doxofylline for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection to use, but the mixture in 5% glucose injection should be used up within 4h.
