退耕还林(草)工程对农户生活的影响——以皇甫川流域为例

摘　　要：以农户调查资料为基础,利用数理统计等分析方法,借助统计软件,从农户生活水平、生活态度以及社会影响等方面探讨了皇甫川流域退耕还林工程对区域农户生活的影响。结果表明：退耕还林工程展开几年来,农户的生活水平得到改善,但对生活的态度逐渐变得消极,农村老龄化现象加剧,收入分配差距拉大。结合分析结果,从补助政策、基础设施建设等方面提出了保证退耕还林工程有效开展的建议。Based on the rural household survey, the effects of Grain for Green Project on rural household＇s life in Huangfuchuan watershed was studied with the approach of analyzing changes of living standard, education level, life attitude of the rural household and the rural society. The result showed： during these years when the project has been fully conducted in the watershed, the living standard of the rural household was improved, the education level was increased, while the attitude of the households toward there life turned to be negative, and there was an accelerating on the ageing process and an increasing on the incoming gap. In order to reduce the effect that these changes have back on the project it-self, ensuring the smooth operating of the project, several suggestions on subsidy policy and infrastructure construction were promoted.
