风沙区三北防护林体系工程社会影响评价研究——以榆林市榆阳区为例

摘　　要：在对林业生态工程社会影响评价进行回顾和评论的基础上,建立风沙区防护林体系工程社会影响评价主成分分析模型。以榆林市榆阳区为例,应用主成分分析法,计算出不同时期工程社会影响的综合得分。结果表明,榆阳区＂三北＂防护林工程综合效益呈逐渐增强的良好发展态势。最后指出,动态性和客观性是林业生态工程社会影响综合评价主成分分析模型的两大优点。Principal component analysis model of social assessment for shelterbelt project in sandy area is established based on reviewing social assessment on forestry ecological project. Taking Yuyang county as an example, this article selects only one component from 16 indexes using principal component analysis, and then the scores of social influence on ＂Three-North＂ shelterbelt project in Yuyang county from 1978 to 2000 can be obtained. The re- salt indicates that although the two great pressures on ecological environment from the rapid increasing of popula- tion as well as livestock year by year, on the whole the comprehensive benefit of ＂Three-North＂ shelterbelt project in yuyang county evolved to a good direction from 1978 to 2000. Finally, it is known that dynamic and objectiveness should be the two main virtues of the principal component analysis model of social assessment for forestry ecological project.
