摘　　要：介绍了芬兰的林业发展、林业资源管理、保护及相关的法律政策问题。森林是芬兰最重要的自然资源,林业在国民经济中占据重要地位。芬兰林业采用有利于促进林业生产的产权形式,强调经营管理,并重视立法的作用。此外,芬兰鼓励林主之间成立合作组织,坚持可持续发展,重视森林的休闲消遣功能。The paper give a picture of forestry development, forest resource management, forest protection and related policies and laws in Finland. Forest resource constitutes Finland＇s most important natural resource. It indicates that forestry of Finland plays an important role in Finnish national economy. Finland adopts the ownership category which can improve the production of forestry. It pays attention to management, being convinced of the legislation. In addition, we can borrow ideas from Finland encouraging private forest owners to establish association organizations, sustainable forest management and recognition of various forms of recreational services.
