摘　　要：除鳞（即除去金属表面的金属氧化物）是线材生产中一道重要工序。用磨料射流为线材除鳞，其磨料射流能产生对线材整个周面均匀的打击和磨削作用，若适当调整有关工艺参数，可大大提高除鳞效率，保证除鳞质量，满足对线材进行高速连续除鳞的要求。Scaling is an important sequence of the operation in wire-rod production. While wire-rods are scaled with abrasive water-jet, the abrasive water-jet can exert even impact and abrasion action on the entire periphery of wire-rods and, if with its related process parameters well adjusted, is able to increase scaling efficiency greatly and ensure the quality of scaling so as to meet the requirements, of rapid and continuous scaling of wire-rods.
