摘　　要：阐述网络信息政策的一些基本概念,通过对世界各国网络信息政策的对比来说明不同的政治、文化背景会使具体的网络信息政策存在较大的差异,但其作为管理和发展网络信息活动的行为准则和指南的总目标都是相同的。探讨了我国的网络信息政策及其存在的主要问题,并对其制定给出了一些具体建议。The article expounds some basic concepts of the policies of online information, illustrates that different political and cultural backgrounds necessarily lead to the discrepancies in the policies of online information through comparison among the concrete policies of different countries, probes into Chinese policies of online information and the existing problems, and makes some suggestions to the policy-making.
