摘　　要：论述了现代医院图书馆员应具备的素质和能力,包括高尚的职业道德、良好的人际协调能力、必要的医学知识、熟练的计算机应用能力和相应的英语知识。This paper expounds the qualities and abilities that librarians of the modem hospital library should possess, which include the noble vocational ethics, good interpersonal coordination ability, necessary medical knowledge, skillful computer application ability and English knowledge.
