摘 要:检测了细菌KTY17、UBA48、AY770和AY047对持久性有机污染物五氯苯酚(PCP)的耐受能力,采用混合固定化细菌的方法对PCP进行了生物降解,讨论了共基质分别为不同浓度的葡萄糖、丙三醇、苯酚、和丁二酸时,混合固定化细菌对PCP降解的影响。结果表明,其中包埋UBA48、AY770和AY047这3种细菌的固定化颗粒对PCP降解效果最好,共代谢降解过程中共基质对PCP的降解影响较大,葡萄糖和丁二酸对PCP的降解具有一定的促进作用,苯酚对PCP降解的影响与它的质量浓度有关,丙三醇对PCP的降解起到抑制作用,并随着质量浓度增大抑制明显。The tolerance ability of four bacteria, such as KTY17, UBA48, AY770, and AY407, for organic pollutant of pentachlorophenol (PCR) was determined and the cometabolic degradation of PCP was investigated. The effects of immobile mixed bacteria with glucose, glycerol, phenol or butanedioic acid as growth substrate on degradation of PCP were compared. Results showed the grains of immobile bacteria mixed with UBA48, AY770, and AY047 showed good degradation ability for PCP, glucose and butanedioic acid were more suitable for supporting the cometabolic degradation of PCP, and the effect of phenol changed with the concentration of phenol. Glycerol definitely restrained the growth of the bacteria and with the concentration increasing,the effect became much noticeable.
