摘　　要：旨在以构建合理的产业安全指标体系,设立指标安全度警限,及用灰色模型预测出未来几年的相关数据,对目前我国造纸产业的产业安全度做出定量的估算,为我国造纸业的现状做出一个直观的展现。The paper aims to construct a rational system of industry security indicators, set up the alarm limit for the degree of indicator security, make a quantitative evaluation on the degree of security for China＇s paper industry in accordance with the correlated data for the several years in the future predicted with the gray model and provide a visuar display of the present situation of China＇s paper industry.
