摘 要:在0.1mol/LHCl溶液中,陈皮甙在单扫示波极谱仪上有一灵敏的导数峰,其峰电位Ep=-1.22V(vs.SCE)。峰高与陈皮甙浓度在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内成线性关系,其相关系数为0.995。用于橙皮中陈皮甙的测定,得到满意的结果。本实验用线性扫描和循环伏安法等手段研究体系的伏安行为,特别是吸附性。实验表明。A derivative peak of hesperidin in 0 1 mol/L HCl solutions can be observed by single sweep oscillopolarography.The peak potential E p equals to -1.22V( vs .SCE).The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of hesperidin over the range of 1.0×10 -6 ~3.0×10 -5 mol/L with a recurrence coefficient of 0.995.The detection limit is 5.0×10 -7 mol/L.The method has been applied successfully to the determination of hesperidin in Chinese crude drugs.The electrochemical behavior of hesperidin was also studied by linear sweep oscillopolarography and cyclic voltammetry.It has been shown that the wave is an irreversible adsorption wave.
