摘  要:离散控制设备动作次数约束造成动态无功优化问题的时空强耦合。提出了求解动态无功优化问题的新方法,通过合理分配控制设备动作时间,达到系统无功的整体优化。该算法根据静态无功优化确定的控制设备值及全天控制约束,对控制设备各时段解耦,从而确定控制设备的预动作表,即在每个时段控制设备是否允许动作。根据动作表确定当前研究时段可动作的设备并进行优化,根据优化结果及全天动作次数约束,重新调整该时段后续时段的动作表,从而达到解耦优化的目的。该方法数学模型简单,便于实现,在完全满足动态次数约束的前提下有效降低系统在一天内的有功损耗,能够满足实时运行的需求。Operating times constraint of discrete control equipment results in a space-time close coupled problem in dynamic reactive power optimization. A new method is proposed to assign the operating time of equipment properly so as to achieve the optimization as a whole. The method determines preliminary operating table of equipment by static reactive power optimization results and operating constraints, which indicates whether an equipment is allowed to operate or not. Optimization is carried out with the operation allowable equipments in the researched period. With the optimization results of that period and operating constraints in the whole day, the operating table of subsequent periods can be renewed and decoupling of 24 periods can be realized as well, The new method is not only simple in modeling, but also easy in implementation. Test results have shown that it can reduce daily power loss and meet the needs of real-time operation within allowable daily operating times.
