摘 要:研究了电力市场中基于市场影响力评估的发电企业分类竞价决策方法。首先构造了2种市场影响力指标,用于对发电企业的市场影响力进行综合评估,在不同的市场影响力下对发电企业的利润最大化竞价行为进行分析,提出了发电企业在市场影响力较小时基于边际成本的价格接受竞价策略和市场影响力较大时基于边际机会成本的价格影响竞价策略,并构造出相应的优化竞价策略方案。对模型市场的仿真结果显示,基于市场影响力评估的分类竞价决策方法可以有效结合发电企业自身特点和市场运行状况,为发电企业参与竞价上网提供有效的决策支持。This paper presents a bidding decision method for generation companies (GENCOS) based on evaluation of market effect power. First, the GENCOS are synthetically evaluated with two market effect power indexes. Then according to the differences of their market effect power, the bidding behaviors of GENCOS are analyzed with the objectives of max-profit, and the optimized bidding strategies including the price-taker strategy and price-affecter strategy are obtained respectively, with the decision processes for different types of strategies constructed as well. Simulations on a power market model show that the bidding strategies proposed can greatly increase the profit and hedge the risk of the GENCOS in the bidding competition.
