摘　　要：说明了毛圈经编机送经测长仪国产化改造过程,采用一流的设计及目前最先进的可编程序控制器制造而成的经编送经测长仪是同类进口产品的替代品,介绍了它的工作原理和主要技术指标,并详细阐述了可编程序控制器和文本显示器的硬件设计和软件程序设计。This paper introduces the domestic modification of warp run-in measuring instrument for the warp knitting terry machine made by Karl Mayer corporation. Warp run-in measuring instrument is the substitute for the imported one, which bears the top-runking design using the present advanced PLC. Its working principle and key technological parameters are mainly introduced, the hardware and the software programming design of PLC and man-machine interface are discussed in detail.
