摘 要:测试了不同厚度、不同覆盖系数、不同组织结构的大麻秆芯粘胶、棉短绒粘胶、竹粘胶三种粘胶纤维织物紫外线透过率和抗紫外指数(UPF值),分析了纤维原料、织物厚度、组织结构和覆盖系数对粘胶纤维织物的抗紫外线性能的影响,指出大麻秆芯粘胶与竹粘胶织物抗紫外性能明显优于棉短绒粘胶织物;织物越厚,其紫外线透过率越小,UPF值愈大;在厚度和覆盖系数相同时,缎纹组织粘胶织物的抗紫外线性能最好,斜纹组织粘胶织物次之,平纹组织粘胶织物再次之;覆盖系数增加,紫外线透过率减小,UPF值随之增大。The ultraviolet penetration proportion and ultraviolet pro tection factor (UPF) of different kinds of thickness, percent cover and weave of viscose fabrics are studied. The influence of the thickness, percent cover, weave and original fibers on UV-protective ability is analyzed. The results showed that the UV-protective ability of viscose fabrics could be improved by increasing its thickness or percent cover. The UV-protective ability of viscose fabrics with satin weave is better than those of twill weave viscose fabrics that it is better plain weave viscose fabrics in the same thickness and percent cover in the same thickness and percent cover. And the UV-protective ability of hemp haulm viscose and bamboo viscose is also better than cotton viscose.
