聚醚—氨基改性有机硅的合成与应用性能研究

摘　　要：聚醚—氨基改性有机硅的合成分两步进行。通过化学测试，ＰＥＭＳ得率为９１．９８６３％，ＰＥＡＭＳ得率为９４．１６２７％，红外光谱分析证实了合成产物的结构特征。正交试验得到ＰＥＡＭＳ应用的优化工艺条件为ＰＥＡＭＳ１０ｇ／ｌ，催化剂６ｇ／ｌ，焙烘条件１１０℃×１ｍｉｎ。该条件下ＰＥＡＭＳ与ＮＴＦ－３对真丝绸有相近的整理效果，耐皂洗性则优于对照物。The Synthesis of PEAMS is accomplished by two steps.The chemical determinations revealed,the yield of PEMS and PEAMS is 91.9863% and 94.1627%,respectively.The structural characterization of the synthetic products is verified by Infrared spectrum. The cross-cut tests L 9(3 4) were done to find out the optimum finishing conditions,which are PEAMS 10g/l,Catalyst 6g/l,and Cured Conditions 110℃×1min.Under these conditions,the finishing effects of PEAMS and NTF-3 are similar for the silk.But the soap-wash-resistant is preferenced to contrast agent.
