摘 要:对国内外规范中有关结构扭转控制及设计的条文规定进行了深入对比,较为全面地分析了各国规范关于结构扭转设计的现状,得到一些有益的启示;对我国现行规范的相关规定进行了讨论,提出了一些建议,可为我国规范的进一步修订提供参考.主要结论有:我国规范的扭转位移比限值可以突破1.4(或1.5),但其量值还有待进一步研究;《高规》中的平扭周期比限值是否必要或可否在位移比较小时放松要求值得研究;计算结构扭转效应时无论单、双向地震输入时都需考虑偶然偏心;构件的扭矩计算应加以考虑,对边缘竖向构件的箍筋可予以加强.A comparison of terms on tortional control and design for seismic structures is conducted between different codes at home and abroad in this paper. Thereby, a general idea about the eurrent state of torsional design for struetures from worldwide codes is gained, finding some useful illuminations. Meanwhile, based on a deep analysis over relevant speeifications of current China Design Code, some suggestions are put forward for further revisions in China eode. And eonelusions are drawn as follows: The torsional displacement ratio in our code can be over 1.4 or 1.5, while its magnitude needs further exploration. Whether the torsion-translation period ratio in "Teehnieal specification for eonerete struetures of tall buildings" is necessary also needs to be studied, and when the storey translational displacement is small, the demand for the period ratio can be adequately redueed. When calculating the structural torsion effect, the aecidental eccentricity needs taking into account in terms of one-way and two-way earthquake inputs. The torque calculation of virtical components should be considered and the stirrup for edge vertical components should be reinforced.
