摘　　要：以端羟基聚丁二烯(hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene,HTPB)甲苯二异氰酸酯(toluene disso-cyanate,TDI)为主要原材料,3,5-二甲硫基-2,4-甲苯二胺和3,5-二甲硫基-2,6-甲苯二胺两种异构体的混合物(3,5-dimetylthio toluene dianiline,DMTDA)作为扩链剂,采用一步法制备了高硬度聚氨酯弹性体,研究了配方中DMTDA的含量和异氰酸酯指数变化、热处理时间对弹性体性能的影响,测试了弹性体的老化性能。结果表明,通过调整NH2/OH的摩尔比值、异氰酸酯指数和热处理时间可以调整弹性体的性能,当NH2/OH的摩尔比值控制为0.30、异氰酸酯指数控制在1.10、热处理时间为2h时,可以获得较佳的性能。The Polyether Polyurethane elastomer material were prepared from hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene （HTPB） /toluene dissocyanate （TDI）, 3,5-dimetyhhio toluene dianiline （DMTDA） as extending agent. The properties of material were studied by adjusting the index of NCO, the scale of extending agent and heat treatment. The effect of storing for material were done. The results state that the properties of technical could be increased by adjusting the index of NCO, the scale of extending agent and increasing heat treatment time. The good properties of technical material could be prepared by the index of NCO for 1.10, NH2/OH for 0. 30 and heat treatment time for 2h.
