摘　　要：用微量培养板作载体，建立了检测猪繁殖呼吸综合征的微量间接荧光抗体法（ＩＦＡ）。比较试验证明，微量ＩＦＡ与美国“室玻片ＩＦＡ”有相同的敏感性和特异性。A micro indirect fluorescent antibody assay was developed for the detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome using microplate as carrier.The PRRSV was propagated in Marc 145 or HS2H cell line and harvested when 80% CPE appeared as antigen.211 serum samples were detected as positive in 2256 samples from domestic and imported pigs .Parallel tests demonstrated the micro IFA was comparable to chamber slide IFA .The micro IFA is very economic and simple and easy to operate and is suitable to be extended in China.
