摘　　要：文章从图书馆流通部工作在人员结构、信息素养和心理结构存在的实际问题出发,探讨了如何从实际出发,进行馆员群体在服务内容、信息处理能力、职业角色三方面的互补,使群体间的组织结构更加稳固,以保证高校图书馆流通工作不断发展。Based on the personnel organization, information attainment and psychological construction, this paper discusses how to make the librarians work together in three aspects： service contents, the abilities of information processing, and professional character. In this way, it can make the circulation work of university libraries more stable.
