摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从微观角度对中国篮球教练员的人力资本——知识、能力、健康三个维度进行分析,评判以往研究中所存在的盲点,认为本土教练的失位势必影响我国竞技篮球的发展。With the research methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation, this paper analyses the personnel capital of basketball coaches in China from the aspects of knowledge, competence and health. It also reveals the deficiencies in the past researches and proposes that the professional dislocation of the local coaches in China will affect the development of basketball in China.
