南沙参多糖治疗慢性乙型肝炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察南沙参多糖治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:60例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者分为2组,治疗组与对照组各30例,两组除了给予一般保肝治疗外,治疗组南沙参多糖200 mg,po,tid;对照组健肝灵胶囊3粒,po,tid。两组总疗程均为24周。结果:两组在治疗24周时,ALT及AST均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:南沙参多糖具有较好的保肝、降酶和一定的抗病毒疗效,可以在临床使用。Objective ： To study the effects and adverse reaction of radix adenophorae potanini korsh polysaccharides in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Method： sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. In addition to the general therapy ,30 patients in therapy group were received radix adenophorae potanini korsh polysaccharides 200 mg po ,rid for 24 weeks,30 patients in control group were received jianganling capsules 3 pills po, tid for 24 weeks. Result： It was revealed that the elevated ALT and AST were decreased in both groups at the end of 24 weeks, Conclusion： Radix adenophorae potanini korsh polysaccharides has effects in protecting liver function, decreasing ALT and AST level and in some anti-virus activity, it can be used in clinical therapy.
