正交设计法优选复方咪康唑乳膏处方

摘　　要：目的:筛选复方咪康唑乳膏处方中最佳药物用量。方法:采用正交试验设计法,考察不同处方的复方咪康唑乳膏治疗豚鼠皮肤石膏样毛癣菌感染模型的作用和体外抑菌效果,根据考察数据设计最佳处方。结果:复方咪康唑乳膏的最佳处方为每1000 g乳膏中含氯霉素10 g,薄荷脑20 g,硝酸咪康唑20 g,月桂氮棹(?)酮30 g。结论:正交试验设计法优选复方咪康唑乳膏的配方,方法可行,收效满意。Objective： To choose the best formula for compound miconazole cream. Method： Orthogonal experiment was used to study the clinical effects of different formula to treat of trichophyton gypseum infection in guinea pig model and the effect of extraorgan bacteriostasis was studied. The best formula was designed according to the result of these studies. Result： The formula was chloromycetin 10 g, menthol 20 g, miconazole nitrate 20 g and laurocapram 30 g per 1 000 g cream. Conclusion： The design of the formula is reasonable and proves effective.
