适应卫生联勤 全面推进军队医院改革与发展

摘　　要：在新的联勤卫生机制及市场经济条件下,军队医院面临着新的问题与挑战,本文提出军队医院应紧贴全面具备应急作战卫勤保障能力,在适应联勤改革、加强技术创新、加大人才培养力度、加紧完善管理及加速信息化建设等5个方面,深化军队医院改革,走可持续发展之路。Military hospitals faced with new issues and challenges under the background of market economy and joint logistics of health. In order to deepen reform and improve sustainable development of military hospital, military hospitals should stress on the following five points, which were adapting to the reform of joint logistics of health, strengthening technical innovation, cultivating talented person, perfecting the hospital management and accelerating the information construction.
