摘　　要：为践行科学发展观和实现建设研究型医院的战略目标,基础医学所贯彻以人为本的思想,更新管理理念,强化创新意识,全面抓好科研、保障、临床和教学工作;加强基层科研管理及协调各学科发展,培养基础研究创新人才为可持续发展的储备,指导基础医学研究所的全面、协调、可持续发展。For the purpose of practicing the ideology the institute of basic medical has taken the following the ideology of management, strengthening the sense of scientific development and achieving research type hospital, steps： carrying out the thought of human -oriented, renewing of innovation, focusing on four main tasks of science research, improving the scientific research management, cultivating innovative talents, and so on.
