奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊引发慢性湿疹

摘　　要：1名55岁男性,7年前曾因十二指肠球部溃疡服用奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊20mg,1次/d,15天后患者左小腿内侧皮肤出现湿疹,经对症治疗后好转。在以后的7年中,患者每次服用该药后湿疹即复发并转为慢性。因湿疹加重而停药,改用快胃片治疗球部溃疡,湿疹经对症治疗痊愈,2年来未复发。A 55-year-old man received omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsules 20 mg once daily for treating duodenobulbar ulcer seven years ago. Fifteen days after administration, he presented with eczema on the medial skin of left leg. The skin lesion resolved after symptomatic therapy. During the subsequent 7 years, he experienced a relapse of eczema following each treatment with the drug. And eczema became chronic. Omeprazole was discontinued due to the aggravation of eczema and replaced with Kuaiwei tablets. Later, eczema was cured after symptomatic therapy. The patient had no a relapse of eczema in the recent two years.
