摘  要:当前焊接钢结构在工程中大量使用,由于钢结构焊接中存在的缺陷,钢结构/构件远未达到强度极限时就发生破坏或者不能正常工作,导致钢结构达不到设计的预期使用寿命,甚至于远远没有达到预期服役年限,引发了一系列的工程破坏事故。通过分析、统计发现其中疲劳是钢结构破坏的主要形式之一,本文通过对静载拉伸状态下碳纤维布加固钝形焊缝力学性能试验的分析与研究,发现碳纤维布能够显著提高焊接构件的抗拉极限与使用寿命,以及降低焊缝处的应力集中。In many engineering structures, when the stress is far less than intensity limit steel structures or steel members are destructive or don't work which result in that steel structures can't reach anticipative service life,due to welding defects. By analysis and statistic, it is found that the fatigue failure is one of the main kinds. Some experiments on the steel members which are reinforced by Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) and have an obtuse angle welding line are carried out. It is shown that the CFRP can prominently enhance the extension limit and service life, meanwhile effectively decrease the stress concentrated on the welding line.
