用诱乳针剂诱导不孕奶牛泌乳试验

摘　　要：将３１头空怀１２～３４个月的黑白花奶牛（干奶）主要根据诱乳前原产奶量分为９组，应用不同药物进行了诱导泌乳试验。结果：３０头牛诱乳成功，成功率９６．７７％，全泌乳期平均产奶２９８．９３天，日均产奶１１．９８ｋｇ，头均净利润１４７４．９８元。诱乳，调节了不孕牛的繁殖机能，受胎产犊者占６３．３３％。本试验还将诱乳针剂注射期由传统的７天缩短至５天，产奶量无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；并在国内首次使用催产素配合诱乳，取得较好效果。31 nonmilking Blackandwhite cows which had failed to conceive for 12 to 34 months were divided into 9 groups mainly on the basis of provious year′s milk yield.The animals were induced to lactate by using different medicine.The results showed that 30 cows of them were successfully induced to lactate,and the success rate was 96.77%.On the average the lactation period was 298.93 days,the total and daily milk yieled were 110 123. 35kg and 11.98 kg resp.and 1474.98 yuan of net profit was created by each cow.After induction 63.33% of cows were conceived and calving.So the reproductive function of nonpregnant cows was regulated.The inducinglactation hormone injections therapy was shortened from traditonal 7 days to 5 days by the studies but didn′t reduce the milk yield significantly(P>0.05).It has been the first time to use oxytocin combined with inducinglactation hormone in the studies in our country and achiveved better results. \ \
