棘豆中毒绵羊血清酯酶多态性特征的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对１０９只棘豆中毒绵羊血清酯酶多态性的特征进行了研究，并与８７只临床健康绵羊做了比较。结果发现，棘豆中毒绵羊的ＥＳＡ表型频率（５８．１０％）和ＥＳＡ基因频率（０．３５２７）较高，但与临床健康绵羊的ＥＳＡ表型频率和ＥＳＡ基因频率没有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．２５或Ｐ＞０．０５）。The　polymorphic　characters　of　serum　esterase　in 109　sheep　poisoned　by　Oxytropis　were　investigated　by　means　of　polyacrylamide　gel　electrophoresis,and　were　compared　with　those　in　clinically　healthy　sheep.The　results　showed　that　there　were　higher　frequencies　of　ES A　phenotype　(58.10%)　and　ESA　allele　(0.3527)　in　the　sheep　poisoned　by　Oxytropis,　but not　significantly　differed　from　those　in　clinically　heal　thy　sheep　(P>0.25　or　P>0.05).
