摘　　要：就目前社会化服务存在的一些问题进行分析,从管理的角度提出了制定社会化服务制度、研究服务对象、创新服务模式等措施,以提高图书馆的信息服务水平,实现可持续发展。The problems existing in the socialization of information service in college and university libraries were analyzed.
