摘　　要：采用放射配体测定法，检测了糖尿病及高血压患者外周血单个核细胞表面ACTH受体表达。结果显示：糖尿病患者外周血单个核细胞ACTH受体表达明显高于健康对照组（P＜0．05），但其外周血中ACTH水平与健康对照组比较并无明显变化（P＞0.05）；高血压患者外周血单个核细胞ACTH受体表达与健康对照组比较无明显增加，外周血中ACTH含量则明显高于健康对照组（P＜0.05）。提示：ACTH受体与ACTH含量在疾病中的变化并非完全一致，在糖尿病中ACTH受体表达的上升，可能更具有病理学意义。The expression of ACTH receptors on peripheral mononuclear cells (PMNC) in diabetes and primary hypertension patients was detected by the radioligand assay. The results showedthat the expression of ACTH receptors on PMNC in diabetes patients was rnarkedly higher than thatof control (P<0. 05),while the p1asma level of ACTH did not change,the expression of ACTH receptors on PMNC in primary hypertension patients did not change while the pasma level of ACTHwas significantly higher than that of control (P<0. 05). These findings suggest that change of ACTHreceptors and level of plasma ACTH are not completely coincident in deseases,the rise of ACTH receptor expression in diabetes may have even more pathological significance.
