摘　　要：探讨了图书馆工作人员关注自身身心健康的必要性。分析了图书馆工作的特点和可能存在的环境问题,强调了保持身心健康对于提高工作质量的重要性并提出了相应的技术措施。The necessity that librarians pay close attention to their health of body and mind is discussed. Working characteristics and potential environmental problems in library are analyzed; the importance keeping good health of body and mind to the improvement of work quality is emphasized, and some relative technique measures are put forward. The results can be for broad librarians＇ reference. Solutions of library environmental management.
