摘　　要：目的:探讨延期妊娠对母儿的危害及临床处理措施。方法:回顾分析75例延期妊娠的临床资料。结果:延期妊娠使胎儿窘迫、羊水过少、新生儿窒息、手术产等发生率升高。结论:延期妊娠胎儿高危程度逐渐增加,适时终止妊娠,是改善产科结局的重要措施。Objective To analyze the pregnancy outcome in delayed pregnancy and its suitable treatment. Methods the 75 cases of delayed Pregnancy in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2006.Were analyzed retrospectively Results The incidence of fetal distress, oligohydramnios, neonatal asphyxia and caesarean section are rel- atively higher in delayed pregnancy. Conclusion More dangerous situations would occur to the fetus resulting from decreasing function of placenta in delayed pregnancy. We must actively terminate the pregnancy and improve the pregnancy outcome.
