摘　　要：目的:探讨海绵肾合并双肾多发性结石的护理。方法:针对2007年7月我科收治的1例患者,进行严密的病情观察,饮食、用药指导,健康教育和心理护理。结果:良好的护理促使患者病情很快好转出院。结论:海绵肾易并发结石或感染,防止并发症发生,精心的护理均有助于患者早日康复。Objective To explore the nursing method on case of medullany spongekidney with multiple kidney stones. Methods To analyze nursing method on one case of patient in our department in 2007by with observing recovery status, drug and diet management, health education, and psychological nursing. Results careful nursing is very helpful to heal such kind of diseases. Conclusion Medullany spongekidney can easily lead to infection and kidney stones, careful nursing can prevent the occurrence of complications.
