银杏外种皮多糖的成分分析

摘　　要：本文报道银杏外种皮多糖的提取及成分分析。粗多糖得率为6.58％,其中总糖含量为89.7％,还原糖含量为5.1％,多糖为84.6％。粗多糖水解物中含葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖及鼠李糖。茚三酮反应、UV光谱提示该多糖含氨基酸或蛋白质。IR谱有多糖的特征峰,表明含酰胺键和含呋喃糖构型,且为α-苷键。由此,可认为该多糖为α-苷键肽多糖。This paper reports the content and component analysis on polysaccharides in exocarp of Ginkgo btloba. The results show that the content of total saccharides is 89. 7% ; content of polysaccharides is 84. 6% ; content of reductic saccharides is 5- 1% ; the polysaccharides are composed of glucose, fructose, galactose and rham-nose.
