荷叶生物碱对大肠杆菌代谢作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究荷叶碱对大肠杆菌代谢作用的影响。方法从荷叶中提取其中的生物碱,用热活性检测仪测定了37℃下不同浓度的生物碱对大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率-时间曲线,计算出细菌的生长速率常数。结果荷叶碱对大肠杆菌的代谢具有抑制作用,随浓度的增加,大肠杆菌生长速率常数线性降低。结论荷叶生物碱液对大肠杆菌代谢作用的最佳用药浓度为0.01146 mg.mL-1。Objective To study the effects of alkaloids of Lotus Leaf on the metabolism of E. coli. Methods The alkaloid from lotus leaf was extracted and prepared different concentration solution , the thermal power-time curves recorded were determined for E. coli by using Thermal Activity Monitor and the growth rate constants were calculated. Results The relationship between the growth constant and concentration of terpenoid alkaloids solution was established . Conclusion The best effective concentration for the metabolism of E. coli was 0.01146 mg ·mL^-1 of the alkaloids solution.
