摘　　要：目的建立癌痛平胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别癌痛平胶囊中蚤休（重楼）、制乳香药材及用高效液相色谱法测定胡椒碱的含量。结果TLC能检出蚤休和制乳香，且阴性对照无干扰；胡椒碱在6．2968～201．5μg·mL^-1之间呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=1．0000，平均加样回收率为99．24％，RSD=2．25％。结论该法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好，适用于癌痛平胶囊的质量标准研究。Objective To establish the quality standards of Aitongping capsules. Methods TLC methods for identification of Rhizoma Paridis and Concocting Frankincense were established. A HPLC method was established for the determination of piperine. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The liner range of piperine was 6. 2968 - 201.5 μg·mL^-1, r = 1. 000 0. The average recovery of piperine was 99.24% and RSD = 2.25%. Conclusion The method is simple , accurate , reproducible and can be used for the quality standards of Aitongping capsules.
