中老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮改变的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨睾酮与糖尿病的相关性。方法用Elisa法测定中老年男性2型糖尿病患者及同年龄的正常男性血清睾酮(T)及游离睾酮(FT)水平,并进行比较。结果中老年男性2型糖尿病患者血清游离睾酮及总睾酮水平均显著低于同年龄的正常男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睾酮在糖尿病发生发展中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the correlation between testosterone and diabetes. Methods The levels of testosterone and free testosterone in middle- and old-aged men with type 2 diabetes were detected by ELISA assay. Results The levels of testosterone in middle- and old-aged men with type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than those of normal men with the same age （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Testosterone is probably involved in the development of diabetes.
