摘　　要：血管生物反应器是血管组织体外培养过程中血管重建的关键设备,为血管组织的体外培养提供稳定的、与生物体内相似的体外环境。目前许多血管生物反应器在组织工程血管重建中得到广泛应用。血流动力学是新近引入血管生物反应器的重要研究理论。分析血流动力学在血管重建中的作用,探讨血管生物反应器中力学环境的相关问题及其在不同血管重建中的具体应用。The vascular bioreactor is an important device about vascular remodeling, which offers a steady and physiological environment in vitro for functional vascular tissue development. Now many vascular bioreactors are used for functional vascular tissue development. The hemodynamic theory is very basic for the research of vascular bioreactor. This study demonstrates the hemodynamic theory of vascular bioreactor. And a review of the research about a dynamic culture setting and different applications of vascular bioreactor is presented in this study.
