摘　　要：对262例在内镜下治疗消化道粘膜下肿瘤(SMT)病人的护理进行总结,结合病例特点及相关资料,加强术前准备,对病人进行心理辅导,术中积极配合医生,术后密切观察病情,防止出血、穿孔,促进患者的康复。We summarized the nursing care experience in 262 patients with digestive tract submucosal tumors （SMT） treated by endoscope. We reinforced the preoperative preparation combined with the characteristic of cases and.the correlated informations. To give the psycho guidance for the patients. To cooperate actively with the doctors during the operation. To pay close attention to the patient＇s condition after the operation. To prevent bleeding and perforation and to promote the patients recovery from illness. ]
