摘  要:目的探讨孕鼠暴露壬基酚对雄性仔鼠生殖系统的影响。方法大鼠妊娠第14-19 d灌胃染毒壬基酚(20、40、80、200 mg/kg),仔鼠90 d龄剖杀,检测与生殖功能相关各项指标。结果与阴性对照组比较,80-200 mg/kg组睾丸、前列腺重量及脏器系数,精子活动度、附睾尾精子计数、睾丸每日精子生成量和血清睾酮均显著下降;碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力与染毒剂量呈负相关。结论孕鼠暴露80 mg/kg壬基酚可危害F1雄性仔鼠某些生殖功能。Objective To investigate the adverse effects of nonylphenol (NP) on reproductive system of F, male rats after the mother were exposed to NP during pregnant. Methods Pregnant rats were exposed at doses of 0, 20, 40. 80 and 200 mg/kg NP. from day 14 to 19 of fertilization. Some reproductive indexes were observed while the F1 male rats were killed on day 90 after birth. Results Compared with the control groups, the concentrations of testosterone in serum, the daily gonepoiesis quantities and sperm motility in the testes and sperm counts in the tail of the epididymis of F1 male rats obviously descended in 80 and 200 mg/kg NP groups;The activities of alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase in testes tissues were negatively related to the nonylphenol dose. Conclusion The resuhes showed that when pregnant rats were exposured more than 80 mg/kg NP, NP could change certain reproductive functions of F1 male rats.
