摘  要:目的对眼部手术后发生感染的微生物种类及耐药性进行总结和分析,讨论术后感染的原因及预防措施。方法眼病术后感染患者29例,采用常规方法作微生物学检查和药敏试验。结果29例患者,微生物培养检查18例阳性,阳性率为62.07%(18/29)。其中细菌培养17例阳性,检出细菌6种,阳性率为58.62%(17/29);真菌培养1例阳性,阳性率为3.45%(1/29)。细菌耐药率分别为环丙沙星64.71%、氧氟沙星52.94%、妥布霉素58.82%、头孢唑啉70.59%、庆大霉素47.06%。结论细菌是手术后感染的主要病原菌,真菌所占比例较小。检出细菌的耐药率高,及时合理选用敏感的抗生素治疗非常关键。Objective To analyze the pathogens in postoperative infection in eye and the drug resistance. The caution of the infection and the preventive measures were analyzed. Methods 29 cases of secondary infection after ocular surgery were enrolled in this study. All samples were subjected to microbiological examination and in vitro drug sensitivity test. Results 17 out of 29 patients were bacterial-culture positive and 6 species were identified. 1 sample was fungi-culture positive. The positive rate of microbiologic culture was 62.07 %. The resistance rate of Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin, Tobramyein, Cefazolinand Gentamiein was 64.71%, 52.94%, 58.82%, 70.59% and 47.06% respectively. Conclusion Bacteria is the main factor resulting in postoperative infection, which has a high drug-resistance. Effective antibiotics should be administered promptly to control infection.
