强螺杀粉剂杀灭江滩春季钉螺的效果观察

摘　　要：采用4%强螺杀粉剂50.0 g/?和50%氯硝柳胺可湿性粉剂2.0 g/?作江滩现场喷粉和喷洒灭螺,第3、7、15和30 d的钉螺死亡率分别为77.50%、83.90%、85.71%、87.50%和77.36%、78.38%、80.00%7、8.10%,30 d时两药的杀螺效果差异有显著性(χ2=4.7019,P<0.05),其余时间点两药的杀灭螺效果差异均无显著性;清水对照组仅为7.41%和5.22%。同时两药亦有较好的杀螺卵作用。4% Qiangluocide power with 2.0 g/m^2 and 50% chlorsalicylamide wettable powder with 50. 0 g/m^2 were sprayed separately in the Marshland areas for killing snails. The death rate of snail was 77.5%, 83.9% ,85.71%, 87.50% and 77. 36%, 78. 38%, 80.00% and 78.10% at days 3, 7, 15 and 30. There was significant difference （χ2 = 4. 701 9,P〈0.05） between the two groups at day 30. The death rates of control were 7.41% and 5.22%. The two kinds of drugs also had good effect on killing snail eggs.
