摘  要:实验在单因素条件下研究了微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶液pH值对洗煤废水处理效果的影响.采用正交实验确定了它们的最佳组合为:微波功率640 W,微波辐射时间4 min,溶液pH值6,在此条件下洗煤废水中CODcr去除率达到93.2%,出水浓度降至102 mg/L,达到国家二级排放标准,同时对微波高效处理洗煤废水的机理进行了探讨.In order to study the effect of microwave power, microwave irradiation time and pH value in treeing coal-washing wastewater some experiments are conducted The optimum technical conditions of coal-washing wastewater treatment are determined by the orthogonal experiment as follows- microwave power640 W, microwave irradiation 4min, pH value 6. In this condition, the remove of CODcr can receive 93.2%, its concentration can reduce tol02 mg/L and can meet the class Ⅱ emission standard in China. In the same time, the mechanism of efficient treatment of coal-washing wastewater is also discussed.
